Trying to get a third party chat app working

I purchased a subscription to a live help chat facility but I'm not sure I can add HTML code anywhere on this site to activate it. The code follows:

Building a 7-instance New VS

Here at TransVirtual we are in the last stages of building a 7-way New VS; that is, it is a single 8-core Dell PowerEdge running seven independent instances of New VSs, each running at its rated speed and each with its own configuration, virtual disk volumes, and console.
